70% of people age 55 to 65 have at least one chronic condition, 50% have two or more.

Medicine and surgery can only do so much and often people are left believing that nothing else can make them feel better.

According to the CDC, the habits we have and how we adapt to chronic conditions and aging has more impact on our health and well being than anything else.

But it is so hard to change habits!

For this reason, the University of Southern California has developed a program called Lifestyle Redesign.
