Muscle cramps? Pickle juice have been used for ages.

Muscle cramps? An old tried and true method. In a convenient bottle.

Does not require refrigeration.

*High in potassium. Consult your physician before using.

Many of our patients take Diuretics, or “water pills”. A common side effect is muscle cramps. Especially at night. We learned from our patients that many of them were advised to drink vinegar, or pickle juice and it helped. We found this convenient little bottle and it has been popular. It can be kept in room temperature so it can sit on the nightstand.

Do consult your physician before using. Potassium is necessary for most but you could be on a low-potassium diet. Always follow your physicians recommendations.
