Lou Erkstam is co-owner of Self Care Therapy together with her husband Robert. She is the office manager and handles the billing and bookkeeping. Lou grew up in Rose Hill, North Carolina and lives in Wilmington. When she is not in the office, she takes care of their 7 children.
